The CSA-AgriCOOPh team held its Year-End Assessment and Planning Workshop on December 2-3, 2024, at 1521 Hotel in Mactan, Cebu City.
This workshop highlighted the progress of the project, “Enhancing Economic Services to Family Farmers through Strengthening of Co-operatives”—a partnership with Collectif Strategies Alimentaires funded by FO4A (August 2022–December 2024) and co-financed by DGD until 2026.
Discussions focused on:
Economic activities of family farmers
Business and policy environment for agricultural co-operatives
Organizational and business capacity of co-operatives
Key activities included reflecting on achievements, learning from insights, and drafting the 2025 Work and Financial Plan.
Together, we’re working towards a stronger, more sustainable future for agricultural co-operatives!
